Würth Elektronik iBE uses the 3D Design Software Solid Edge (Unigraphics Solution) for the planning of  

• rod core chokes  
• winding tools  
• gluing magazines  
• special machines  

When using this software a smooth exchange of the CAD files with customers is possible. This smooth exchange leads to the increase of  productivity as well as reduction of costs on both sides. 

The following data formats are exchangeable: 

• In general:        .stp, .x_t  
• Solid Edge:       .asm, .par, .dft
