Our training positions are published at least one year in advance. Except for working students, interns (school, student, voluntary) or final theses - here we are usually looking six months before the desired assignment semester and also in between as needed. We look forward to receiving interesting applications and also unsolicited applications - should no specific position be advertised.
No! We make a point of getting to know the person behind the resume. Our application process runs in such a way that both sides can make the right decision.
We need:
No, a photo is not mandatory, but we're always happy to see a picture.
We look at all applications. In the positive case, the process continues with a telephone interview and / or a job interview. Optionally, there is a trial work day, a trip and a second interview until the final decision.
If it is not a good fit, we will contact you in a timely manner and, upon request, will gladly provide an explanation as to why we made the decision we did.
It’s essentially about getting to know each other and doing so in a relaxed conversational atmosphere. First, we introduce each other personally and talk about Würth Elektronik. Then we look at the resume together, discuss the job description and are happy to answer any open questions.
Yes, we have them always advertised, otherwise you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application.
Of course – that is our goal! We are always happy when it “fits” and the decision is made for a career with us.
