"You never stop learning." A phrase as short as it is true. Learning is a lifelong process. Knowledge and education secure decisive advantages, enable innovation and success.

What applies to individuals applies equally to companies. For this reason, it is particularly important to Würth Elektronik to support and pass on knowledge through further education, training and qualification programs - both internally and externally.

Seminars and inhouse-seminars

For this purpose, many different types of seminars are offered - free of charge. Each type of learning experience, whether in-house seminar or webinar, offers its own advantages.

Our seminars take place at regular intervals and cover a wide range of technical topics. They are also ideal for networking. The personal contact between lecturers and seminar participants deepens existing customer relationships and is also ideal for acquiring new customers.

We hold in-house seminars at our customers' premises. In-house seminars are particularly interesting when it comes to dealing with specific problems and questions on a topic and, if necessary, to delve deeper into the subject matter.

Webinars

Participation in a webinar is very easy and takes place after an uncomplicated registration via our website. The unbeatable advantage: Participation is less time-consuming, flexible, and not tied to a specific location. Webinars are not bound to a specific time zone either.

Especially practical: The knowledge is not lost. All webinars can be viewed again and again on our website in the video center or on YouTube - a real added value in learning.

Webinar versus seminar?

Undeniably, webinars have their advantages over classic (in-house) seminars: They can develop an enormous reach, impart knowledge in a very short time, are inexpensive and, once created, can be used indefinitely. It is service offerings such as these that enable us to maintain and even expand our proximity to customers. Nevertheless, face-to-face seminars will definitely remain part of our offering. It is important to us to maintain personal contact with customers and partners in addition to the pure transfer of knowledge. The associated bonds and also the explanation of different perspectives in the direct face-to-face communication are not only important to us, but are also demanded by our customers. For this reason, between 80 and 100 of these seminars are held every year.
