The best way is directly via the Würth Elektronik Group's new online customer platform. It integrates all important information and services in one account: Orders, delivery status, important information, personal contacts and much more.

Who will be interested in the new online service?

MyWE is interesting for all our customers and offers attractive added value for development and purchasing. The new customer platform is very straightforward to use: you can register quickly and easily as an individual without the need for complex company interfaces.

What exactly does the MyWE online customer platform offer?

The following functions are currently available on MyWE:

  • Shipment tracking: Overview of current and delivered shipments. Information and all documents for download.
  • Order processing: Request offers and place orders. Overview of all inquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Product overview: Comprehensive information and documents on all products. Overview of all components already ordered. Personal favorites list.
  • Knowledge panel: Links to interesting content and services from Würth Elektronik, for example events, design tools, application notes and much more.
  • Contact: Contact details of personal contact persons.

Is personal contact now restricted?

No. MyWE is a supplement and extension of our range of services. However, we do not see the online customer platform as a substitute for personal contact. The relevant contact persons at Würth Elektronik and their contact details are displayed for all processes and can still be reached as usual.
