The IS801Q is a monolithic oscillator/power driver designed for isolated interface Designed for small size, isolated power supplies in applications. IS801Q can drive Low-profile center tapped transformer primary in 3.3V or 5V DC power supplies, while the secondary can have the number of turns based on the desired output isolation voltage.IS801Q provides complementary output signals to drive ground-referenced N-channel switch. In addition to the internal make-before-make logic between the two switches, IS801Q also integrates VCC under-voltage protection and thermal shutdown protection. Added extension Frequency clock helps pass system EMI testing. IS801Q adopts small SOT23-5 package, specified operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C.
