CA-IS3105W is a DC-DC converter chip that supports 5kVRMS isolation and withstand voltage. It integrates an on-chip transformer and can efficiently transmit power greater than 650mW to the secondary side output. The chip adopts a unique control architecture, which can quickly respond to load changes and precisely adjust the output voltage. The emergence of the CA-IS3105W can replace the isolated power supply scheme formed by traditional discrete devices. This solution is physically smaller and enables complete isolation.CA-IS3105W integrates soft-start, short circuit protection, over temperature protection and other protection functions to better enhance the reliability of the system. The CA-IS3105W has an EN enable pin. When EN is low, the output voltage is zero. At this time, the power supply has only a microamp standby input current.Four output voltages can be selected through the pin SEL, 5V, 3.3V, 5.4V, 3.7V, and the output terminal can be connected to LDO to facilitate users' different voltage requirements. The CA-IS3105W device is packaged in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with a dielectric withstand voltage up to 5kVRMS.
