Beschreibung

EQ53X2D product family provides the benefits of high switching frequency with the flexibility to optimize design for footprint and efficiency.The very high switching frequency allows for the use of small inductor and low cost MLCC capacitors. It also enables a very wide control loop bandwidth providing excellent transient performance. The compensation is designed to provide a high degree of stability over alloperating conditions. A 3-pin VID output voltage select mux providesseven pre-programmed output voltages along with an option for external resistor divider. Output voltage can be programmed on-the-fly toprovide fast, dynamic voltage scaling.
