Totem-pole PFC is a high-efficiency bridgeless power factor correction circuit. It is primarily used in Platinum-rated AC/DC converter designs. picture 1-1 shows the main circuit diagram of bridgeless PFC. Q1 and Q2 of this circuit are high-speed SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFET tubes, Q3 and Q4 is a Si MOSFET AC line frequency rectification synchronous tube. This reference design is rated at 2500W. It uses the company's production 650V 60mΩ SiC MOSFET IV1Q06060T3, and dedicated silicon carbide MOSFET driver IC IVCR1401 for high-speed bridge arm. The AC line frequency synchronous rectification arm uses Si MOSFET STY105NM50N.
