The MCP14B101 is a constant-frequency, synchronous buck converter featuring a unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MCP14B101 operates over an input supply range of 4.5V to 6V.The MCP14B101 is available in an 16-pin TSSOP and VQFM packages, with a -40°C to +125°C ambient operating temperature range.
