Beschreibung

The MP1601 is a monolithic, step-down, switchmodeconverter with built-in, internal powerMOSFETs. It can achieve 1A of continuousoutput current from a 2.3V-to-5.5V input voltagerange with excellent load and line regulation.The output voltage can be regulated as low as0.6V.The constant-on-time control scheme providesa fast transient response and eases loopstabilization. Fault protections include cycle-bycyclecurrent limiting and thermal shutdown.The MP1601 is available in an ultra-smallSOT563 package and requires a minimalnumber of readily available, standard, externalcomponents.The MP1601 is ideal for a wide range ofapplications including high-performance DSPs,wireless power, portable and mobile devices,and other low-power systems.
