The EV9486-N-00A Evaluation Board isdesigned to demonstrate the performances ofMPS’ MP9486 which is a 4.5V-to-95V-input,1A-output step-down converter.The MP9486 employs hysteresis voltage controlmethod to provide fast response to line or loadtransient. It integrates a high-side high voltagepower MOSFET with a current limit higher than1.7A. MPS’s proprietary feedback control schememinimizes the number of external components.This board is configured for 5V step-downapplication. The circuit requires only a minimalnumber of readily-available, standard, externalcomponents
