Beschreibung

500 W Power Factor Correction (PFC) front end using two PowiGaN-based HiperPFS-5 ICs ( PFS5178F) in parallel, each operating as a 250 W PFC stage. This design is intended as a general purpose platform that operates from universal input line voltage (90-265 VAC) and provides a regulated 400 V DC output voltage and 500 W continuous output power.
