Beschreibung

The AFE532A3W evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the functionality and performance of the AFE532A3W buffered-voltage and current-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) in a variety of configurations. AFE532A3W includes one 10-bit, 300-mA current-output DAC (IDAC), one 10-bit voltage-output DAC (VDAC) and a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) used for external signal monitoring.AFE532A3EVM has an optional circuit to evaluate the AFE532A3W VDAC ouput as a negative bias. AFE532A3W features nonvolatile memory and a high-precision internal reference. AFE532A3WEVM has an EVM GUI available to evaluate the performance and applications specific to the AFE532A3W. The EVM has an onboard controller allowing it to connect directly to a computer for use with the GUI.
