12W 12V SMPS Demo Board with ICE3AR4780JGAN-DEMO-3AR4780JGThe ICE3AR4780JG (CoolSET™-F3R80) is an enhanced 800 VMOSFET version of ICE3BRxx65J (CoolSET™-F3R 650V) in DSO-12package. In particular it is running at 100 kHz, implemented withbrownout feature, installing 800 V CoolMOS™ with startup cell. Ittargets for the low power SMPS with increased MOSFET voltagemargin requirement such as Off-Line battery adapters, DVD R/W,DVD Combi, Blue ray, set top box, auxiliary power supply for WhiteGoods, PC and server, etc. In summary, the CoolSET™ F3R80provides good voltage margin of MOSFET, lowest standby power,selectable burst level, reduced output ripple during burst mode,reliable output with brownout feature, accurate maximum powercontrol for both maximum power and burst power, low EMI withfrequency jittering and soft gate drive, built-in and flexibleprotections, etc. Therefore, CoolSET™ F3R80 is a completesolution for the low power SMPS application.
