Beschreibung

The "e-Bike Traction Motor Control" targets high-performance,low power and cost-effective motor controlapplications; for example, applications for e-mobility(e-bikes). The "e-Bike Traction Motor Control" can driveBLDC/PMSM motors of up to 1 kW peak power and upto 60A peak-to-peak phase currents. The input voltagerange is between 18V and 63V, covering the applicationspowered from battery strings of up to 15S (Li-Ioncells).For maximum battery efficiency and lower noise, aField-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm is used to controlthe motor speed and torque. Two rotor positionfeedback options are available, including three 120°spaced Hall sensors on motors so equipped, or sensorlesscurrent feedback using up to three shunt resistorsfor motors without Hall sensors.

  • Support for on board temperature measurement(MPC9700)
  • Auxiliary connectors (for custom functions likeCAN, I2C, UART, THROTTLE (acceleration), programming/debug, etc.)
