Beschreibung

The MINI57FDE microcontroller is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 with a built-in RC oscillator running at a speed of up to 48 MHz. For the high-precision control requirements of industrial applications, the ADC has two built-in sample and hold circuits (Sample and Holds) that can measure two analog signals at the same time, and a built-in set of 8-stage adjustable gain amplifier (PGA), which can amplify tiny signals. Save the PCB board to increase the cost of external components. Its 16-bit high-resolution PWM runs at speeds up to 48 MHz, can provide complementary outputs, has dead-zone control, and can trigger ADCs, especially suitable for on-off control of home appliances and wireless charging. In addition to having high-efficiency PWM, the Mini57 series also includes a set of 12-bit ADCs that can provide multi-channel control, and built-in two analog comparators for voltage measurement and comparison, and the SPROM provides an independent security encrypted execution area to protect the intellectual property rights of developers. The excellent features of MINI57FDE make it especially suitable for wireless charging, small home appliances, industrial automation control and IoT related applications.MINI57FDE supports a wide operating voltage range of 2.1V to 5.5V and -40 ℃ to 105 ℃ operating temperature, up to 29.5 KB Flash, 4 KB SRAM and 2.5 KB independent Flash for use as an online system update ISP (In-System Programming), and provides TSSOP20 encapsulation. In addition, the Mini57 series supports 7 kV ESD ( HBM ) and 4 kV EFT with high anti-interference ability, and provides rich peripherals, including hardware dividers, timers, watchdog timers, ADCs, analog comparators, PGAs, etc. Two sets of USCI interfaces can also be set as UART, SPI or I²C interfaces.
