Beschreibung

The P9234 is a 5W, magnetic induction wireless powertransmitter product supporting PMA-3 coil configurations. Theproduct is designed to operate with a wide input voltage rangeof 4.25 – 21V, and it is compatible with PMA TS-0003 V2.00SR1E. The system-on-chip is composed of integrated powercontroller, step-down switching regulator, two LDOs (1.8V and3.3V), micro-controller, foreign object detection (FOD), fullbridge power stage drivers and simultaneously translatesvoltage and current demodulation signals.The transmitter includes an industry-leading 32bit ARM®Cortex®-M0 processor offering high level of programmabilitywhile consuming extremely low standby power meeting theENERGY STAR® requirement. In addition, the μControllerempowers the user to customize features such as LEDpatterns, buzzer and FOD threshold settings. The devicesupports the I2C serial interface protocol. The product offersinput under-voltage, input overvoltage, output short circuit andover-temperature protection to safeguard the device andsystem from fault conditions.The P9234 is available in a Pb-free, space-saving QFN 5mmX 5mm, 40 pin package. Operation is guaranteed over theindustrial temperature range of -40 to +85ºC.
