Beschreibung

The LM5141-Q1 is a synchronous buck controller,intended for high voltage wide VIN step-downconverter applications. The control method is basedon current mode control. Current mode controlprovides inherent line feed-forward, cycle-by-cyclecurrent limiting, and ease of loop compensation. TheLM5141-Q1 features slew rate control to simplify thecompliance with the CISPR and Automotive EMIrequirements.The LM5141-Q1 has two selectable switchingfrequencies, 2.2 MHz and 440 kHz, and Gate Driverswith Slew Rate Control, for reduced conducted EMI.

  • Low IQ Standby: 42 μA Typical (Output in Regulation, No Load)

  • Oscillator Can Shift From the Fundamental With a Resistor From the RT Pin to Ground, or an Analog
  • Voltage of 0 V to 0.6 V
  • The Internal Oscillator can be Synchronized to an External Clock

  • Hiccup Mode for Sustained Overload
  • Power Good
  • Gate Drive With Slew Rate Control
