ICE3RBR0665JZ (ICE3RBRxx65JZ series) is modifiedfrom ICE3BRxx65J in DIP-7 package. It has more robustdesign and can work to -40°C. The outstandingperformance includes BiCMOS technology, active burstmode, built-in frequency jitter, soft gate driving,propagation delay compensation, built-in soft start time,built-in blanking time and extendable blanking time forover load protection, external auto-restart enable feature,etc.
