Beschreibung

The evaluation board EVAL_XDPS2222_240W1 is developed for USB-PD application with a wide input range and a very wide output voltage range from 5 V to 48 V. With a nominal output power of 240 W and a dimension of 200 mm x 65 mm x 24 mm, this two-layer PCB system fulfills efficiency requirements from DOE VI and CoC Tier 2 while keeping costs low.It features the PFC + hybrid flyback (HFB) combo IC XDPS2222 and a 600 V GaN transistor as the main switch.
