Description

The AOZ6663DI is a high efficiency, easy to use, 3Asynchronous buck regulator at high switching frequencyfor small form factor solution. The AOZ6663DI worksfrom 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to3A of continuous output current with an output voltageadjustable down to 0.6V.
