Description

Set the sense voltage at IL(PEAK) to SENSE The minimum value of the current limit threshold, and keep 30% of the Margin.With a built-in linear regulator, the BT3756 can drive an external NMOS power switch to 5V gate voltage. It integrates the soft Start-up and over-temperature protection functions. When the chip is turned off, turn off the power flow below 3µA.
