The NB681 is a fully integrated high frequencysynchronous rectified step-down switch modeconverter with 2-Bit VID especially designed forV1.0A, VCCIO, PRIMCORE, EDRAM andEOPIO for IMVP8 applications. It offers verycompact solution to achieve 6A continuousoutput current and 7.5A peak output currentover a wide input supply range
