A quasi-resonant primary-side regulated Flyback supplies an isolated output 12V @ 670mA and non-isolated output -10V @ 50mA from universal input voltage (90Vac to 270Vac). The controller integrates 700V FET and the board is able to withstand up to 350VAC without damage and switches OFF for Vin > 285VAC
