Description

The XM5201synchronous buck converter is a high frequency step-down voltage regulatorwithcurrent control mode. It can outputcontinuous 2A with excellent line and load regulation. The current is only 130uA at operating and less than 1uA at shutdown. This device is the ideally solutionfor smallspaceand board level power supply application.This deviceintegrates PWM controller, power switch and compensation network, required only three components to implement a switching power supply. It hasinternal fixed 1.5MHzfrequencyand makes applicationcircuit smaller.The XM5201 is available in fixed output voltage version, 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and is also available in an adjustable output voltage version. The adjustable version has wide output range from 0.6V to VIN. The XM5201 series products are available in a SOP8-PP package.
