Description

The AOZ1233 demo board is a fully assembled and tested circuit board built with the AOZ1233-01 buck regulator IC. It outputs an adjustable voltage up to 4A of continuous current. The evaluation board requires an input voltage from 4.5V to 28V. The output voltage is preset at 1.05V and can be adjusted down to 0.8V.

AOZ1233 operate at constant on-time mode. The demo board circuit operates at about 400KHz switching frequency. The frequency can be set by changing on-time setting. The AOZ1233-DEMO-01 circuit incorporates features like current limit, short circuit protection, Vcc under voltage lock out, output overvoltage protection and thermal shut down.

The AOZ1233-DEMO-01 demonstrates the COT buck converter design. Different output voltage designs need follow application note to change parameters.
