Description

The AOZ1282CI-1 demo board is a fullyassembled and tested circuit board built with theAOZ1282CI-1 buck regulator IC. It outputs anadjustable voltage up to 0.6A of continuouscurrent. The demo board requires an inputvoltage from 4.5V to 36V. The output voltage ispreset at 5V and can be adjusted down to 0.8V.The AOZ1282CI-1 comes in an SOT23_6Lpackage and is rated over a -40°C to +85°Coperating ambient temperature range.The AOZ1282CI-1 demo circuit incorporatesfeatures like current limit, short circuit protection,input under voltage lock out, internal soft startand thermal shut down. It operates at a fixed1MHz switching frequency. The integratedinternal MOSFETs minimize component count,board area and total cost.
