Description

CA-IS3090W/96W is a RS-485/RS-422 transceiver with integrated isolated power supply, with high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation characteristics. Has high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation characteristics. CA-IS3090W and CA-IS3096W work in full dual mode.CA-IS3090W/96W devices have high isolation capability The device has high isolation capability, which helps prevent noise and surges on the data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground, which can interfere with or damage sensitive circuits. High CMTI capability can ensure the correct transmission of digital signals. The CA-IS3090W, CA-IS3096W devices are available in a 16-pin wide body SOIC package.
