Description
This engineering report describes a 60 W 20 V 3 A output power supply using InnoSwitch4-CZ INN4075C-H180 and ClampZero CPZ1075M. This design shows the high power densityand efficiency that is possible due to the high level of integration of the InnoSwitch4-CZactive clamp flyback controller providing exceptional performance

- Zero voltage switching in both CCM and DCM operating conditions
- All the benefits of secondary-side control with the simplicity of primary-side regulation
- Insensitive to transformer variation
95% full-load efficiency at 230 VAC
94.5% full-load efficiency at 115 VAC
- 93.9% full-load efficiency at 90 VAC, meets DOE6 and CoC v5 2016 efficiency requirement
- High power density: 28.45 W/in3
