BD9B333GWZ is a synchronous buck DC/DC converterwith built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. This IC,which is capable of providing current up to 3A, featuresfast transient response by employing constant on-timecontrol system. It offers high oscillating frequency at lowinductance. With its original constant on-time controlmethod which operates low consumption at light load,this product is ideal for equipment and devices thatdemand minimal standby power consumption.BD9B333GWZ achieves the high power density and offera small footprint on the PCB by employing small CSPpackage.
