Description

BD9E302EFJ is a synchronous buck switching regulatorwith built-in power MOSFETs. High efficiency at light loadwith a SLLMTM (Simple Light Load Mode). It is mostsuitable for use in the equipment to reduce the standbypower is required. It is a current mode control DC/DCconverter and features high-speed transient response.Phase compensation can also be set easily.
