The EVAL-6ED2231S12TM1 power evaluation board features and demonstrates the CoolSiC™ MOSFET module and SOI gate driver technology for motor drives. It is powered by 6ED2231S12T 1200 V, three-phase gate driver.This board includes one EasyPACK™ 1B CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200 V module, one three-phase silicon-on-insulator (SOI) gate driver IC for motor drive applications, and includes the M1 connector. In combination with either the EVAL-M1-101T which is the control board for iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors.
